About the role
Heidi is seeking an SEO Localisation Specialist to join its pioneering organic growth team and help define the future of multilingual search in the AI healthtech sector. In this role, you will own the local SEO strategy and execution for key international markets, shaping how Heidi's AI Care Partner is discovered across languages and cultures. You will be responsible for researching, planning, and implementing scalable organic tactics that align with global growth objectives while respecting regional nuances. This is a foundational role that will establish the multilingual SEO architecture supporting Heidi's hypergrowth for years to come. You will work hand in hand with local growth managers and the GTM team to ensure every search interaction is accurate, relevant, and culturally resonant. What you'll do
- Size organic search opportunities per country and language, identifying high-impact keywords aligned to user intent and funnel stage.
- Research and prioritise keywords per locale, using data to guide content focus and opportunity sizing for maximum organic impact.
- Create detailed localisation briefs and style guides that ensure consistency, clarity, and cultural relevance across all markets.
- Coordinate closely with local growth managers to validate assumptions, align on priorities, and ensure regulatory accuracy in all content.
- Audit international technical SEO elements such as hreflang implementations, language and region selectors, canonical rules, URL patterns, crawl budgets, and sitemap structures.
- Generate and manage a pipeline for on-page multilingual optimisation, including titles, meta descriptions, schema, and internal linking structures.
- Run locale-specific tests on content types, calls to action, and user journeys to refine performance for each market.
- Build and maintain GA4 dashboards per market, tracking clicks, click-through rate, engagement metrics, and conversions to inform decisions.
- Stay current with international SEO best practices, cross-locale SERP behaviour, and emerging AI-driven search patterns to maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with content and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and correct localisation of all SEO elements.
- Monitor search performance anomalies, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes to improve visibility and user experience.
- Document processes and knowledge so that localisation workflows are repeatable, scalable, and easy to hand over.
- Partner with translation vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and reduce time-to-market for new locales.
- Contribute to the creation of a centralised localisation framework that can be referenced by other teams as Heidi expands.
Requirements
- 5+ years in international or multilingual SEO with shipped results across at least 3 non-English markets.
- Expertise in keyword research, SERP analysis, and content prioritisation tailored to different locales and user intents.
- Strong localisation experience and the ability to coordinate effectively with local growth managers in multiple regions.
- Working proficiency with localisation and CMS platforms such as Crowdin and Sanity.
- Familiarity with international technical SEO, including hreflang implementation, canonical strategy, and language routing.
- Clear written communication skills and a track record of dependable delivery across multiple time zones.
- Up-to-date knowledge of international SEO and localisation trends, cross-locale SERP norms, and emerging AI-driven patterns across languages and markets.
- Bonus: Healthcare-related experience or a medical background that helps ensure clinical accuracy and sensitivity.

- Experience building SEO frameworks from scratch in new markets.
- Background in AI or healthtech environments where search behaviour is rapidly evolving.
- Familiarity with compliance considerations for health-related content in different regions.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Makati City. The role requires availability during overlapping business hours with global teams, including coordination across time zones. Travel may be required occasionally for stakeholder meetings or industry events. Candidates must comply with Philippine work visa requirements if not already authorized to work locally.
