New Business Representative
Job description
New Business Representative at Heidi Health.
About the role
You will own the full end-to-end inbound motion for Heidi in the United States, taking high-intent interest and converting it into a qualified pipeline that the sales team can immediately act on. You will live inside live conversations with clinicians, practice managers, and operators, earning their trust in minutes and setting a new standard for how Heidi shows up in every interaction. You will deconstruct how medical practices actually operate on a daily basis, diagnose the most painful bottlenecks, and map where an AI Care Partner like Heidi unlocks immediate and measurable value. Every note you leave will be clean, every context you create will be rich, and every handoff you make will be so clear that nothing ever falls through the cracks. You will use each conversation to build deeper product mastery so you can answer hard questions in the moment instead of deferring or deflecting. You will continuously refine how we qualify, message, and respond to inbound demand as volume and complexity increase, ensuring the funnel stays healthy and predictable. Through all of this, you will be the primary driver of pipeline quality and velocity for Heidi's US go-to-market engine.

- You operate with impeccable sharpness, humility, and comfort at speed, thriving without excessive process or oversight.
- You are relentlessly curious, driven to understand how things really work instead of merely following a checklist.

- You are a clear communicator who can think on your feet and hold your own in real conversations with clinicians and operators.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by building something from the ground up rather than inheriting a finished system.
- You have sales experience of some kind, of any type; we care less about where you sold and more about what selling taught you about discipline and empathy.
- You understand that trust is earned through consistency, clarity, and follow-through in every interaction.
- You respect data and use it to inform decisions, refine behavior, and prove impact over time.
- You are committed to equity and inclusion, believing that diverse backgrounds and perspectives create stronger outcomes for patients and clinicians.
- You are eligible to work in the United States in the role and location specified, with no sponsorship available at this time.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS is helpful but not required, so your background can come from many different fields.
- Any prior sales experience, in any industry, is preferred because it teaches you how to listen, persist, and close with integrity.
Practical notes
- This is an in-person role based out of our New York office, so you will be working onsite with our team.
- No corporate bloat, no hand-holding, just results, accountability, and real opportunity to grow.
- The pace is fast and the stakes are high, but you will move fast only as long as trust, safety, and clarity are never compromised.
- As we build for the long term here at Heidi, your learning velocity and impact will matter far more than the years on any resume.
