About the role
Heidi is scaling its AI Care Partner platform to support clinicians across global health systems. This role owns the end to end enterprise sales cycle from initial contact through to executive handoff and opportunity qualification. You will act as the primary outbound strategist responsible for generating new pipeline within major medical organizations in New York and beyond. The position requires you to own your territory with full accountability for hitting aggressive growth targets set by the GTM leadership team. You will work closely with clinical founders to ensure our value messaging stays aligned with real clinician pain points in hospital environments. Success in this role depends on your ability to rapidly iterate outreach methods and maintain a high level of professionalism during cold engagement. This is a critical position for establishing the foundation of our enterprise sales motion in the United States.

What you'll do
Execute outbound strategies using phone, email, social media, and product signals to generate enterprise opportunities for Heidi across multiple health systems.
Target executive stakeholders and high-value health systems that are new to the Heidi platform by researching C suite decision makers and clinical influencers.
Conduct deep research into account workflows and operational pain points to identify specific value propositions that resonate with operations leadership.
Analyze clinical processes to highlight inefficiencies and present relevant solutions that demonstrate clear time and cost savings for provider organizations.
Manage a specific territory by developing a scalable outbound process in collaboration with senior sales staff and internal marketing teams.
Schedule meetings and ensure effective handoffs to the senior sales team by maintaining strict qualification standards and clear documentation.
Iterate on messaging and targeting strategies to maintain a competitive edge against other digital health solutions in the hospital market.
Own the creation of tailored outreach sequences that reflect the unique operational structure of large academic medical centers.
Collaborate with product teams to provide frontline feedback regarding feature requests and clinical workflow adjustments from enterprise prospects.
Track all interactions in the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility into the pipeline for leadership review and planning.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing hospital clients by mapping additional departments and clinical specialties that could benefit from the platform.
Support the development of battle cards and competitive intelligence documents that strengthen the positioning of Heidi during discovery calls.
Coordinate with implementation specialists to ensure smooth transitions from sales engagement to active deployment of the AI Care Partner.
Present the value of the platform through data driven narratives that highlight improvements in clinician wellbeing and patient throughput metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS or healthcare business development within a structured sales environment.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on personal accountability and high volume output that consistently moves the pipeline forward.
- Ability to communicate clearly and establish credibility during cold outreach to executive level healthcare leaders.
- High learning velocity and a coachable mindset that allows for rapid absorption of complex clinical and technical information.
- Comfort with autonomy and navigating complex sales environments where multiple stakeholders are involved in procurement decisions.
- Previous sales experience in any industry that involved managing quotas and exceeding performance targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on commitments without constant supervision or guidance.
- Willingness to adhere to the on-site work policy in the New York office as outlined in the practical notes section of this job description.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements for the position of Enterprise Business Development Representative.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills that reflect positively on the Heidi brand during interactions with healthcare executives.

Practical notes
This is an on-site position based in our New York office located in the designated Enterprise Business Development zone.
Full time engagement with standard business hours applies unless otherwise directed by senior leadership during critical launch periods.
