Senior Product Designer, Provider Acquisition
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end design of the provider acquisition funnel for Headway, translating the complex process of insurance credentialing into a clear and compelling experience for therapists. This role focuses on the critical intersection of provider-facing surfaces and internal tooling, where your design decisions directly impact platform growth. You will partner closely with the Creative team to redefine the provider brand and execute a high-converting landing page that communicates value instantly. A core part of this position involves designing an intelligent lead form and entry flow that minimizes friction while maximizing trust and completion rates. You will also own the design of the internal agentic PGA (sales) tooling, equipping sales teams with real-time signals and workflows to guide providers effectively. The role demands a data-informed mindset where you diagnose drop-off points and translate insights into experiments that lift SQL to Intake-Complete conversion. You will be a key driver in making Headway the default, easiest choice for therapists seeking to run a sustainable practice. Ultimately, your work will shape the first impression of Headway for thousands of providers, directly influencing access to care for over a million patients.
