About the role
You will own the end-to-end success of care partnerships, ensuring that health systems, medical clinics, and strategic partners achieve their desired outcomes through Headway's platform. You will serve as the primary liaison between our expanding network of providers and our executive leadership, translating partner needs into actionable product and operational improvements. In this role, you will leverage data to uncover new opportunities for growth and deepen existing relationships across the behavioral healthcare ecosystem. You will manage complex executive steering committees and act as the trusted face of Headway for our most critical partners. By collaborating cross-functionally with Strategy, Product, and Operations, you will help shape the future of how mental healthcare is delivered and scaled. You will be instrumental in driving partner retention, expansion, and advocacy, directly impacting access to care for over one million patients. This position is for a proactive builder who thrives on turning ambiguity into structured, high-impact strategies that strengthen our platform.

What you'll do
Investigate and resolve complex partner challenges by analyzing utilization patterns, feedback, and operational data to identify barriers to success.
Architect and lead executive-level steering committees, presenting strategic insights and performance metrics that reinforce the value of the Headway partnership.
Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with care partners' clinical and administrative leadership to align on long-term strategic goals.
Quantify the impact of platform adoption on partner outcomes, using rigorous analysis to justify continued investment in Headway's solutions.
Synthesize qualitative feedback from provider networks to inform product enhancements that improve workflow efficiency and user experience.
Proactively identify at-risk partners and design intervention plans that re-engage stakeholders and restore confidence in the platform.
Collaborate with internal product teams to translate partner requirements into clear specifications and success metrics for future development.
Evaluate new strategic opportunities by assessing market needs, competitive positioning, and operational feasibility of potential partnerships.
Champion data-driven decision-making by building dashboards and reporting frameworks that highlight key performance indicators for care partnerships.
Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment on Headway's value proposition.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that bridge the gap between clinical outcomes, technology adoption, and revenue growth.
Requirements
Bring a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the healthcare space, with a proven track record in Customer Success or Strategic Customer-facing roles.
Demonstrate deep exposure to health system or provider group models, including revenue cycle operations, credentialing, and payer dynamics.
Show a consistent history of building and maintaining relationships across multiple stakeholders, from frontline staff to executive leadership.
Thrive in environments with high ambiguity, taking initiative to define problems, explore solution pathways, and drive measurable outcomes.
Operate with excellence in managing concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
