About the role
You will design posts and carousels that influence how the next generation of technologists develop their careers. You will own the full content lifecycle from concept to publication with a strong sense of urgency and high standards for quality. You will work closely with content and design teams to ensure that every deliverable meets strategic objectives. You will create assets that clarify complex topics for a global audience of developers and technical learners. You will track performance data and iterate on formats to improve reach and engagement over time. You will translate insights from product and recruitment teams into clear, audience-specific narratives. You will act as a trusted voice representing HackerRank in the developer community through consistent, high-impact publishing.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Execute the content plan for the HackerRank Creator Program by producing a minimum of two posts each week on LinkedIn or X.
- Research and synthesize technical topics to create data-driven content that resonates with developers, tech leaders, and recruiters.
- Translate product insights and reports into clear narratives that align with audience needs and business goals.
- Coordinate with recruiters and designers to ensure strategic alignment, visual coherence, and messaging consistency.
- Monitor engagement metrics and refine content formats, hooks, and structures to maximize reach and impact.
- Own the end-to-end creation process for carousels that simplify GenAI concepts for emerging developers and new graduates.
- Write thought pieces and storytelling posts that explore current trends in technology, learning, and workforce development.
- Maintain a consistent publishing cadence while balancing quality, accuracy, and speed under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with the HackerRank design team to ensure that every piece of content is visually clear and technically precise.
- Contribute subject-matter expertise that strengthens the HackerRank brand as a trusted resource for technical hiring and learning.
- Review performance analytics and use findings to iterate on headlines, formats, and calls to action.
- Support special initiatives and timely content around product launches, events, or community campaigns as needed.
Requirements
- Maintain 10,000 or more followers on LinkedIn or X within the technology and development community.
- Ensure your personal brand and content focus strictly on tech or development topics without deviation.
- Demonstrate an active and consistent creator presence among developers, tech leaders, and technical recruiters.
- Show strong written communication skills with a clear, concise, and engaging style for technical audiences.
- Commit to a reliable posting schedule and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when explaining complex technical subjects.
- Respect the confidential nature of client and company information in all collaborative work.
