What you'll do
- Assist Account Executives throughout the deal configuration, structuring, approval, and quoting phases.
- Create pricing sheets to facilitate quote configurations as needed.
- Modify pricing sheets based on requests from sales representatives when there are changes in dates, quantities, or discounts.
- Ensure that all quotes comply with pricing and discount policies and are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
- Maintain and manage the order approval matrix, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to strategize and approve all non-standard deals.
- Work with the Legal team to revise contract templates in line with evolving business requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall quote-to-cash processes.

Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, or Revenue Accounting.
- Familiarity with direct SaaS sales environments and experience in generating quotes for the sales team.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- Knowledge of AI tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Understanding of contract law basics as it applies to software transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
