What you'll do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates, ensuring a broad reach in the talent market.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to enhance Bamboohr's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive and welcoming experience from day one.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment legislation.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management, highlighting any challenges and proposing solutions.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote Bamboohr and attract potential candidates.
• Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to enhance our recruitment capabilities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with the ability to adapt to the specific needs of the motorsport industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all recruitment-related documentation.
