What you'll do
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from developing creative talent sourcing strategies to conducting interviews and negotiating offers for a diverse range of roles.
- Gain a deep understanding of Guide Health's operational needs and workforce dynamics to create tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers and clinical leaders to define candidate profiles and establish hiring priorities that support organizational goals.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects Guide Health's commitment to patient-centered care, including regular check-ins with new hires to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Manage pre-boarding tasks for new hires, which include conducting background checks, verifying credentials, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
- Identify and address compliance issues, hiring risks, and candidate experience challenges while maintaining thorough documentation for audit purposes.
- Use a structured approach to candidate assessment, employing behavioral-based interview techniques and assessment tools to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Leverage AI-driven tools for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates, ensuring data integrity and transparency in the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies to streamline workflows and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Monitor onboarding metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices and make data-driven adjustments to sourcing and selection processes.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and equitable hiring practices.
- Adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities with professionalism, demonstrating resilience and a commitment to excellence in a regulated environment.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to enhance the hiring and onboarding experience and contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Promote Guide Health's values and culture to candidates and stakeholders, aiming to minimize early turnover through effective assessment and onboarding strategies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within healthcare or similarly regulated industries, with a track record of working efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- A commitment to equitable hiring practices and a patient-first approach, combined with sound judgment and empathy.
- Proficiency in using technology and data to inform recruitment decisions, from sourcing strategies to onboarding evaluations.
- Knowledge of employment law, healthcare credentialing, and state licensure requirements is essential.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining professionalism and resilience.
- Familiarity with candidate assessment tools such as SmartRecruiters, Predictive Index, or eSkill is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.

Practical notes
- The salary range for this position is between $84,000.00 and $94,000.00 annually, with compensation paid bi-weekly.
- This role is based in Harrisburg, US, and is a full-time position.
