Grupo QuintoAndar | Strategy & Operations Manager
Job description
About the role
You will design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes that support business scalability and customer success across our Marketplace operations. You will own critical workflows spanning service delivery, client support, and internal operations, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation while balancing immediate execution needs with long-term infrastructure planning. You will be responsible for diagnosing where results are being left on the table and building the systems that capture them, turning friction into durable, compounding gains. This means owning the analytical understanding of our key operational funnels and identifying where volume, velocity, or quality is being lost across the full partner journey. You will map current-state processes end-to-end, eliminate inefficiency and manual effort, and prioritize improvements based on operational impact and implementation feasibility. You will work closely with Product, Tech, Commercial, and BizOps teams to align operations with strategic goals and act as a strategic connector between functions to ensure speed, consistency, and clarity. You will own the operational performance framework for 3P Ops, defining metrics, setting targets, and tracking progress to identify bottlenecks, anomalies, and root causes. You will translate analytical findings into clear, structured recommendations that connect operational improvements to measurable business outcomes and lead ad-hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives.
