What you'll do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize data effectively for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that complex data is accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to continuously enhance the analytical capabilities of the team.
• Support the development of data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions aimed at improving data processes and analytics methodologies.
• Train and mentor junior analysts, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data infrastructure meets analytical needs and is scalable for future growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools, such as R or Python, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in analyses.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and customer segmentation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
