What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the unique needs of our content and target audience.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and phrases that align with our content offerings.
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all new content is optimized for search engines before publication.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
• Work closely with the web development team to implement technical SEO improvements, such as site speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in their SEO strategies, leveraging insights to enhance our own approach.
• Manage link-building initiatives to improve domain authority and drive referral traffic to our website.
• Create and maintain documentation of SEO processes and strategies for team reference and training purposes.
• Provide training and support to team members on SEO best practices and tools.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for content creation that aligns with SEO goals.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing or content-focused environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies that resulted in measurable improvements in organic traffic and search rankings.
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword optimization, link-building, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in content marketing or digital marketing roles beyond SEO.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other web development languages that can aid in technical SEO tasks.
• Knowledge of local SEO practices specific to the Thai market.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Understanding of social media marketing and its impact on SEO.
