What you'll do

• Develop visually stunning motion graphics and animations that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other team members to brainstorm and conceptualize engaging visual content.
• Create storyboards and animatics to effectively communicate ideas and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to produce high-quality animations.
• Edit and refine animations based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
• Assist in the development of motion graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
• Create and maintain a library of motion graphics assets for future projects, ensuring consistency across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate brand messages through motion design.
• Provide support in other design-related tasks as needed, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in motion graphics design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work, demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
• Familiarity with video editing and post-production processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of design trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation.

Nice to have

• Experience in creating animations for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they apply to motion graphics.
• Familiarity with coding or scripting languages related to animation (e.g., JavaScript for web animations).
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Knowledge of sound design and audio editing to complement motion graphics.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to create storyboards and animatics to visualize concepts.
