What you'll do

• Develop innovative design concepts for a range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment of design with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
• Create visually compelling presentations and infographics that effectively communicate complex information in an accessible manner.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor designs to inform your creative process and keep our visuals fresh and relevant.
• Utilize feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and enhance overall project outcomes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts that push the boundaries of our visual identity.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates for efficient project execution and future reference.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and materials, reinforcing our identity in every design element.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral that supports sales initiatives and enhances customer engagement.
• Stay up to date with the latest design software and tools to continuously improve your skills and the quality of your work.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and supporting colleagues in their projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a solid understanding of visual communication principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in your work.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software, such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience in creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
• Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and how design can enhance brand visibility and engagement.
