What you'll do

Your daily tasks will focus on ensuring all listings meet the highest standards of authenticity and accuracy before they become visible to the public. You will guard marketplace integrity by checking each sneaker listing in detail before it goes live for customer purchase. A core duty is removing risky or policy-violating offers, which requires maintaining calm and consistent judgment, especially under pressure. You will describe size, condition, accessories, colorway, and release data using precise, plain language to avoid any confusion for the end user. A critical skill is spotting edited photos, false details, and mismatched items through careful visual comparison with official references. You will answer community and marketing questions regarding moderation decisions, providing clear and understandable explanations to all parties. Reviewing authentication defect reports is essential to reveal weak points in the process and support steady quality gains over time. You will build guides and checkpoints to make verification steps easier for both new and existing teammates on the platform. Sharing training insights during mentorship sessions ensures the team grows its sneaker knowledge daily and remains up to date. You will actively participate in the development of best practices that strengthen the overall integrity of the marketplace.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential criteria without exception. You must hold eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship at the time of application for this position. You must bring three to five years of experience authenticating sneakers or similar collectibles to the role. You must confirm familiarity with Grailed operations and marketplace expectations before starting the position remotely. You are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to strict policies at all times. You must demonstrate the ability to follow detailed procedures accurately and consistently in your daily work. You are required to uphold the standards of the platform by enforcing rules fairly and impartially. You must be able to communicate effectively in written form to convey decisions and feedback clearly. You are expected to commit to the remote work structure and manage your time effectively without direct supervision. You must be reliable and punctual in meeting deadlines related to listing verification and team collaboration.
