Senior Product Designer, Integrity

About the role

You will join the Integrity team to build a secure, trustworthy platform that protects user data and ensures regulatory compliance. This role involves designing web and mobile tools that minimize fraud and abuse while supporting sustainable business growth. You will apply design thinking to visual, interactive, and information architecture tasks to solve high-stakes problems. The position requires you to guide cross-functional teams by promoting system-wide design standards and best practices. You will lead design-focused initiatives within complex problem areas that directly impact platform safety. You will shape product strategy by focusing on customer needs and translating them into coherent design solutions. The role involves improving the internal design system through active participation and ownership of key components. You will mentor team members through knowledge sharing and constructive feedback to elevate the entire design organization.

• Apply design thinking to visual, interactive, and information architecture tasks for integrity-focused products.

• Shape product strategy by focusing on customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Improve the internal design system through active participation and ownership of patterns, tokens, and components.
• Facilitate design processes to improve project outcomes by structuring discovery, synthesis, and validation activities.
• Help evolve the design organization by refining culture and internal workflows to increase efficiency and clarity.
• Mentor team members through knowledge sharing and constructive feedback to build design capability across the team.
• Conduct end-to-end design for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and security.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured design explorations with multiple viable solution paths.
• Collaborate with researchers and data analysts to interpret user behavior and validate design decisions.
• Define and validate solutions for complex user problems through prototypes, user testing, and iteration.
• Partner with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with fidelity to intent.
• Contribute to long-term design vision and roadmap prioritization for integrity-related features and services.

Requirements

• Portfolio in English detailing your end-to-end design process and project impact for relevant work.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional product design experience in digital products and services.
• Strong grasp of user experience principles for web and mobile platforms across diverse devices.
• Working knowledge of front-end web development to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to define, validate, and deliver solutions for complex user problems in ambiguous contexts.
• Experience with service design and translating user research into concrete product features and workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems documentation.
• Ability to use AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, and design-to-code workflows to accelerate delivery.
• Demonstrated skill in presenting design rationale and decision-making to both design and non-design stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent shifts in priorities and scope.
• Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance considerations in digital product design.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on design work across visual, interaction, and informational layers.
• Commitment to maintaining and evolving design standards that support long-term product health.
