About the role
You will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning human resources initiatives with the broader goals of the company. This position involves managing the full employee lifecycle and driving organizational effectiveness across your assigned departments.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design to meet changing company needs.
- Analyze team dynamics to identify and resolve complex issues before they impact operations.
- Execute HR programs and learning initiatives to improve workforce skills.
- Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and talent development to maintain fair practices.
- Conduct workforce planning and manage budgets for hiring, engagement, and development.
- Manage large-scale organizational change, including stakeholder communication and buy-in.
- Utilize workforce data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of total HR experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering within fintech, technology, or high-growth sectors.
- Proven ability to manage organizational change and navigate ambiguous environments.
- Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget and time constraints.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in relevant operating markets.
