You own the full anti-scam journey from intake through to partners, shaping detection systems and public impact. Decisions balance speed, quality, and clarity while you drive solutions across data, AI, and enforcement interfaces. You turn complex requirements into shipped capabilities that strengthen public trust.
Key facts
What you'll do
Design end-to-end flows from intake through build, ensuring smooth handoffs to review and partners.
Construct cloud components using AWS, React, React Native, SQL, and NoSQL, favoring reuse where sensible.
Run experiments to validate ideas quickly, turning observations into adjusted prototypes and clear recommendations.
Own observability for deployed services, tracking logs, metrics, SLIs, and SLOs to guide improvements.
Coordinate incident response, escalating complex issues and documenting patterns to prevent future disruptions.
Review production code and tests, raising quality bars for AI-generated and human-authored changes.
Guide architecture choices across components, mentoring others on trade-offs that affect reliability and scalability.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments, aligning releases with partner needs and compliance rules.
Engage with external agencies and platforms, aligning APIs and data flows to serve citizens and businesses.
Explore graph databases, event streams, and data frameworks to support scalable detection and insights.
Requirements
You write Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript to build reliable features that span multiple system parts.
You understand CI/CD and infrastructure as code setups, using them to ship safely in cloud environments.
You apply strong knowledge of AWS services to operate and monitor scalable solutions.
You reason with algorithms and data structures to solve complex problems under real constraints.
You deliver work that meets expectations, coordinating across teams and honoring commitments.
Nice to have
Experience running containers or serverless services in production environments.
Background building APIs and deploying AI or ML solutions at scale.
Familiarity with data-intensive frameworks, data warehousing, and graph databases like Neo4j.
Knowledge of event-driven and streaming architectures using SQS, SNS, EventBridge, or Kinesis.
