Update the roadmap regularly to meet future product/business needs and infrastructure requirements. </li> <li>Work regularly with engineers to engage in conversations regarding their performance, professional growth, offering constructive feedback, mentoring, and guidance as needed. </li> <li>Working with cross-functional partners to develop quality, reliability, and security strategies within your team. </li> <li>Proactively identifying and initiating worthwhile engineering initiatives to maximize our impact on the public good. </li> <li>Establishing practices and tools to encourage a strong engineering culture and maximize engineering effectiveness and impact. </li> <li>Helping with recruitment, particularly for more senior hires.</li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">[What we are looking for]</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, architecture, and program leadership.
