About the role
This role manages the Finance portfolio and leads cross-functional operations programs from initial strategy through final execution. You will redesign end-to-end workflows and align senior stakeholders to deliver improvements across processes, data, systems, and company policy. The position focuses on driving large-scale change within the finance function while ensuring all initiatives are tightly coordinated. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation programs, ensuring that each phase delivers measurable value. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex business needs into clear operational frameworks. You will leverage data and AI to challenge the status quo and create future-state operating models for the organization. Success in this role depends on your ability to manage ambiguity and drive adoption among senior leadership teams.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead large-scale Finance transformation initiatives spanning Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Payroll, tax, cash management, and accounting.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, People, Legal, Procurement, Product, and Engineering to design and implement future operating models.
- Design and facilitate executive workshops to refine policies, controls, and organizational structures for improved efficiency.
- Own end-to-end project lifecycles, including current-state analysis, target-state design, governance setup, and value realization tracking.
- Manage the Finance transformation portfolio to ensure seamless integration of technology and AI solutions with overarching business goals.
- Drive enterprise change management, communication strategies, and user adoption efforts to ensure smooth transition across teams.
- Apply advanced use of AI, automation, and analytics to elevate decision-making quality and streamline workflow processes.
- Coordinate cross-regional stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain consistent program momentum.
- Define and monitor program-level metrics to evaluate success and guide continuous improvement of finance operations.
- Act as a central point of ownership for process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support the development of business cases and ROI analysis to secure executive sponsorship for strategic programs.
- Enable transparency and accountability through structured reporting and performance dashboards for leadership review.
Requirements
- Bring over 8 years of experience in cross-functional transformation initiatives within Finance, Accounting, Tax, Revenue, People Operations, or Shared Services.
- Build your background in management consulting, advisory, or Big 4 firms where complex client engagements were managed.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of managing enterprise-level operating model redesigns and driving organizational change.
- Show familiarity with end-to-end processes such as Payroll, Equity, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Exhibit experience leading executive-level workshops and strategy discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Display hands-on experience with Workday, Vertex, Jira, and a range of workflow automation or analytics tools.
- Illustrate a strong ability to influence senior leadership and build alignment across complex, matrixed organizations.
- Operate with a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and multiple deadlines must be managed simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clarity of objectives and decisions.

- This is a remote role based in India. You may occasionally travel to a Careers office for team meetings or events.
