About the role
You will act as the central content consultant, providing best practice guidance and expertise on copy and tone of voice across a diverse range of channels and formats. You will own the creation of content for existing self-serve customers, directly supporting lifecycle communications and customer demand generation campaigns with the clear aim of increasing product usage and upselling. In this position, you will collaborate closely with two other Content Marketing Managers, Growth Marketers, a PR Manager, and leaders in Brand and Communications to help execute the content strategy for 2026 and beyond. Your responsibilities will include developing and producing engaging content for a wide variety of formats, ranging from email campaigns and in-product messaging to longer-form thought leadership and video scripts.

What you'll do
Develop and execute multiple streams of the content calendar, ensuring all content remains tightly aligned with customer campaigns and global initiatives.
Act as the content consultant to provide strategic guidance and expertise on copy and tone of voice across a wide variety of channels, including email, chatbots, blogs, and video.
Create the necessary content to support key initiatives, spanning emails, chatbots, video scripts, blogs, masterclasses, and infographics.
Gather, analyse, and interpret performance data to evaluate campaigns both in-flight and upon completion, using insights to inform optimization and next steps.
Partner with Customer Advocacy and Product Marketing teams to bring customer case studies and testimonials to life within campaigns, such as events and webinars.
Appoint and manage external contributors, where appropriate, to support the high-quality production of content across various formats.
Write highly compelling copy for both short and long-form content, ensuring topics are digestible, engaging, and optimized for the target audience.
Use data to validate ideas and measure impact, while balancing analytical rigor with the creative spark required for innovative content solutions.
Employ strong time management and prioritization skills to proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, working independently and within cross-functional teams.
Proofread and act in an editorial capacity, ensuring all content is polished, on-brand, and error-free before publication.
Requirements
You will have 4-6 years of previous experience working in a B2B marketing content role, demonstrating a consistent track record of success.
You will be a confident and experienced writer who deeply understands the importance of tone of voice and adherence to brand guidelines in all communication.
You have experience of creating both written and spoken content, including blogs, emails, webinars, video scripts, and infographics, across various customer journeys.
You are highly capable of writing both short and long-form copy, ensuring topics are digestible, engaging, and optimized for conversion and clarity.
You use data to validate ideas and measure impact, while also valuing the creative spark and intuition required to develop standout content concepts.
You are highly proactive and able to work independently, yet you are just as comfortable collaborating cross-functionally on integrated campaigns with shared objectives.
You are at ease managing multiple projects at once and have exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You are a perfectionist with a keen eye for detail, able to act in an editorial capacity and proof the work of others to a high standard.
You have experience using email marketing platforms, such as Salesforce, and are comfortable creating and optimizing email campaigns end-to-end.
You are experienced and at ease using Content Management Systems (CMS) to publish and manage content efficiently.
Nice to have
UX copywriting experience would be beneficial but not essential for enhancing user interactions and flows.
Experience with writing for AI overviews (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) is very welcome but not essential given the evolving search landscape.
