What you'll do

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of surgical specialty initiatives to align with the overall goals of Getzhealthcare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance surgical products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficacy.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the surgical sector, providing insights to inform product development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather feedback and foster collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for healthcare providers to educate them on the use and benefits of our surgical products.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and adjustments.
• Support the sales and marketing teams by providing clinical expertise and insights to enhance promotional strategies and materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to surgical products and practices.
• Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to surgical specialties, addressing concerns and providing solutions as needed.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Getzhealthcare and showcase our surgical innovations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the surgical specialty team.

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field such as medicine, nursing, or biomedical engineering; advanced degrees are a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the surgical field, with a strong understanding of surgical procedures and technologies.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to travel as needed for training, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
