Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs that drive sales performance.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with the ability to teach and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
