What you'll do

• Lead the product development process by defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on user feedback and market research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or software development, preferably in an educational or non-profit context.
• Proven track record of successfully launching software products and managing their lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies to measure product success and user engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience in the EdTech sector or with products aimed at improving educational outcomes.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
