What you'll do

Act as a point of coordination for leadership workflows, translating directives into concrete action plans for teams.
Surface potential risks and dependencies early to leadership, allowing for proactive management of critical projects.
Drive follow-through on commitments made by leadership by maintaining strict accountability across stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures that enhance how the leadership team manages execution.

Requirements
You must possess 2+ years of professional experience in roles requiring strong analytical and operational thinking.
You must demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects, priorities, or workflows with competing demands.
You must have strong organizational and communication skills to interface effectively with multiple stakeholders.
You must be able to operate in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities without losing focus.
You must exhibit a high level of judgment, discretion, and ownership in all responsibilities undertaken.
You must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed to meet critical deadlines.
You must be based in Los Angeles, California, and able to work onsite full-time; hybrid and remote work models are not an option.
