What you'll do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications based on market research and customer feedback.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and communication among stakeholders throughout the product development process.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, utilizing analytics to assess success metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
• Create and present product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and specifications, to ensure clarity and understanding across teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to the product vision.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that their needs are reflected in product development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in product management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Forex or trading industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous, especially in languages relevant to our client base.
