What you'll do
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new affiliate partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with affiliate strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with affiliates to foster strong relationships and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new affiliates and trends within the industry.
- Support the management of affiliate payments and ensure timely processing of commissions.
- Utilize tracking software to monitor affiliate traffic and conversions, generating reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in affiliate marketing events and webinars to promote Fxpro and engage with potential partners.
- Assist in the development of affiliate marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all affiliate activities adhere to regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Affiliate Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
