About the role
You will define and own a comprehensive content strategy that supports Fullscript's Enterprise growth objectives within large conventional healthcare organizations across the United States. You will develop content strategies designed to accelerate adoption, build trust with healthcare leaders and providers, and help us achieve product-market fit within this new market segment. This role requires you to translate customer, market, and competitive insights into clear content priorities while establishing content roadmaps and prioritization frameworks. You will partner with internal and external subject matter experts to create high-impact content assets and leverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate content creation and execution. You will continuously evaluate content effectiveness and optimize based on performance, while building scalable content systems that support repeatable Enterprise growth.

What you'll do
Develop and define a comprehensive Enterprise content strategy aligned to business goals across the customer journey.
Identify and prioritize content gaps across the full Enterprise customer journey using structured discovery and analysis.
Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into clear, actionable content priorities for Enterprise segments.
Establish content roadmaps and prioritization frameworks that guide content creation and deployment.
Conduct discovery across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams to uncover strategic opportunities.
Engage directly with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
Develop a deep understanding of Enterprise healthcare buyers and provider audiences through targeted research.
Translate research findings into actionable content opportunities that address real stakeholder needs.
Create and contribute to high-impact content assets including case studies, customer stories, and sales enablement materials.
Develop thought leadership content and clinical education content that builds trust and supports adoption.
Produce video scripts and narrative briefs to support multi-channel content initiatives.
Create Enterprise marketing collateral in collaboration with Brand and Design teams.
Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Leverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate content creation, iteration, and execution.
Support revenue and go-to-market outcomes by developing content that supports demand generation, deal progression, adoption, and customer growth.
Continuously evaluate content effectiveness and optimize based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
Establish content standards, templates, and governance processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Improve content discoverability and accessibility across platforms and touchpoints.
Build repeatable systems and scalable content infrastructure that enable efficient Enterprise growth.
Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Brand, and Growth teams to align content with business objectives.
Requirements
You bring 8+ years of experience in content strategy, product marketing, or a related discipline with a proven track record of developing and executing content strategies.
You have experience supporting Enterprise growth initiatives within complex, regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences.
You demonstrate strong ability to conduct discovery research and synthesize findings into strategic content recommendations.
You show a history of creating high-impact content assets that influence buyer behavior and support revenue outcomes.
You are comfortable developing strategy and executing tactical content work across the full customer journey.
You have experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership.
You bring strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content.
You are proficient in using AI tools to augment content creation and improve execution speed without compromising quality.
Nice to have
Experience with clinical or healthcare education content is preferred.
Background in supplement or integrative healthcare markets is a plus.
Experience building content systems and governance frameworks is desirable.
Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.

This role is full-time and based in Boston, MA.
