What you'll do

• Lead the frontend development team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers to foster their growth and enhance team performance.
• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and refine project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into our development processes.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues, providing timely resolutions to enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for frontend systems and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure effective project management and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a frontend developer with at least 5 years in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a solid understanding of their ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience working in collaborative environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and its application in large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with backend technologies, such as Node.js, to facilitate better collaboration with backend teams.
