Practical notes
This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day. You will work from a work-from-home setup in the Philippines, with a structured schedule that includes two focused work blocks. Your day will begin with a 4.5-hour work block from 9:30am to 2:00pm (PHT), followed by an afternoon break from 2:00pm to 8:00pm (PHT), and then a second 4.-shift work block from 8:00pm to 12:30am (PHT). This structure supports strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. All times may shift by one hour later when the time difference changes between standard and daylight saving time, which results in a 13-hour difference during those periods. We operate as a fully remote team, and there is no travel required for this position. There are no visa sponsorship requirements for this role. There are no specific deadlines for application mentioned, and we encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready to join our mission-driven team.
