What you'll do
- Configure and sustain GA4 properties for client and internal Foundry for Good domains, ensuring consistent migration cleanup and structural integrity.
- Implement comprehensive event tracking, custom events, and conversion definitions that capture critical user interactions across digital properties.
- Set up and administer Google Tag Manager containers, including meticulous data layer configuration and version control practices.
- Construct and maintain Looker Studio dashboards to visualize performance metrics and support strategic reporting initiatives.
- Manage complex cross-domain tracking implementations and deploy consent mode configurations in alignment with privacy regulations.
- Administer server-side tagging setups to optimize data collection efficiency and reliability across the measurement ecosystem.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate tracking anomalies, applying rigorous debugging methodologies to safeguard data accuracy and consistency.
- Document detailed implementation architectures and procedural workflows to facilitate knowledge transfer and internal collaboration.
- Participate in client calls to articulate technical implementations and clarify measurement strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with SEO specialists and analytics teams to ensure alignment between technical setups and analytical requirements.
- Maintain strict quality assurance protocols to validate data collection paths and verify tag deployment integrity.
- Support ongoing optimization of tracking infrastructure to accommodate evolving business needs and platform updates.
- Contribute to the creation of standardized templates and reusable components for common tracking challenges.
- Ensure all implementations adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance standards relevant to digital measurement.
- Act as a technical liaison between development teams and analytics stakeholders to bridge implementation gaps.
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term, part-time role that integrates into existing workflows.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English across all professional interactions and documentation.
- Possess a strong academic background evidenced by an outstanding General Weighted Average throughout your educational career.
- Hold a degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a closely related quantitative or technical field.
- Show hands-on expertise implementing Google Analytics 4 properties and managing complex data collection scenarios.
- Exhibit strong experience with event tracking architectures, conversion goal configuration, and data layer design principles.
- Have practical experience configuring and managing Google Tag Manager containers in live production environments.
- Bring experience with cross-domain tracking implementations and consent mode frameworks for privacy-centric measurement.
- Demonstrate familiarity with server-side tagging patterns and their impact on data collection reliability.
- Apply strong debugging skills and a meticulous eye for identifying and resolving data accuracy issues.

Practical notes
This is a work-from-home, part-time role with a target commitment of 5-10 hours per week, compensated on an hourly basis. The schedule is fully async and flexible, allowing you to set your own hours week to week, subject to one critical availability requirement. You must be able to join synchronous calls between 9:00am and 12:00pm ET when necessary to discuss implementations or review technical requirements. Comfort with explaining technical concepts to clients during these calls is a significant advantage for success in this position. The role is designed for remote collaboration across distributed teams, requiring reliable internet connectivity and self-directed work habits.
