About the Role
You are the architect of Flow's narrative within the MENA region, specifically based in Riyadh. Your primary responsibility is to define and own the positioning and overarching story for the brand. You will master the art of translating high-level brand strategy into tangible, regional execution. This requires you to align diverse internal teams, from creative to operations, around a singular, compelling vision centered on the resident experience.
Your authority extends across the entire campaign lifecycle. You will manage the end-to-end arc, from initial market discovery through to the final launch. Every interaction point must authentically reflect Flow's core values. You are the guardian of consistency and coherence in all regional communications.
Compensation and Engagement
This is a salaried, full-time position located in Riyadh. The compensation package for this role is 225,000 SAR.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily work will involve charting regional narrative themes and converting them into clear, actionable briefs for creative output. You will design robust intake frameworks to capture nuanced market signals and transform them into coherent storylines. A critical part of your role is shaping the core messaging architecture and then assembling the content pillars that support each distinct product line.
You will orchestrate critical review sessions where copy, visuals, and data are examined in tandem for harmony. Coordinating shipping rituals will be essential, as you align calendars, assets, and external partners to guarantee on-time launches. also, you will build comprehensive partner playbooks that equip agencies and collaborators to tell one unified Flow story.
Your work will involve meticulous mapping of journey touchpoints to ensure every campaign moment reinforces the pillars of community and shared experience. You are tasked with maintaining a living playbook, revising positioning as market feedback, regulatory landscapes, and platform dynamics evolve. Finally, you will define measurement structures to clarify how campaigns move residents from initial interest to deep commitment. Championing experimentation is key, as you test narrative variations and observe what resonates across different regions.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must bring three to five years of experience overseeing marketing direction in complex and dynamic environments. A non-negotiable requirement is your deep familiarity with Saudi regulations and regional media practices.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for connecting with local communities. You possess a rare ability to align sales, product, and operations teams around shared narratives. The role demands strong judgment, clear communication, and genuine comfort with ambiguity on a daily basis.
