The is a pivotal role embedded within the financial engine of a technology-driven real estate organization. You will own the end-to-end financial management of our development projects, ensuring that capital allocation is precise and performance is transparent. This position requires you to transform complex land and construction dynamics into clear, actionable financial narratives that guide strategic decisions. You will serve as the primary financial steward, maintaining rigorous compliance across the entire development portfolio from initial entitlements to final disposition. Success in this role means acting as a strategic partner to development, construction, and executive leadership, aligning financial outcomes with the company's mission of oneness. You will design intake routines to capture contracts, leases, and cost data in structured formats, ensuring the foundation of your analysis is robust and reliable. Your work will directly influence the feasibility and success of projects by validating assumptions behind land entitlements, feasibility studies, and disposition scenarios. Ultimately, you will drive financial accountability and deliver board-ready insights that tell a coherent story of value creation and risk management.

You will own the financial narrative for each project, translating volatile development variables into precise forecasts and board-ready insights. You will construct comprehensive project budgets and update forecasts as site conditions and commitments evolve in real time. You will design and maintain intake routines to capture contracts, leases, and cost data in structured formats that ensure accuracy and auditability. A core duty involves reviewing financial reports to highlight variances between plan, progress, and actual results, providing early warnings for potential overruns. You will ship intuitive dashboards and insights that allow leaders to quickly assess development performance and make confident decisions. Partnering with legal and compliance teams is essential to ensure all documentation meets internal standards and external regulatory requirements. You will coordinate schedules with construction and operations teams, aligning spend with physical progress and ensuring financial controls are never ahead of the work. Validating assumptions behind land entitlements, feasibility studies, and disposition scenarios will be a daily responsibility, directly impacting project viability. Finally, you will support the creation of board materials, ensuring that narrative, charts, and numbers tell a coherent, compelling story that instills confidence in stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration. You must bring 3-5 years of progressive experience managing financials for real estate development, with a proven track record of delivering accurate reporting. A strong skill with numbers, reports, and spreadsheet models is mandatory, as you will be responsible for complex financial analyses and scenario planning. You must be comfortable using project management tools and document management systems to organize workflows and maintain version control. The ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to both technical specialists and executive leadership is crucial for success in this cross-functional role. A deep understanding of condominium, hotel, multifamily, and office product types is required to accurately assess risk and opportunity within each asset class. You must have a strong commitment to compliance and internal controls, ensuring that all financial processes adhere to GAAP and corporate governance standards. The role requires a high level of integrity and discretion, as you will be handling sensitive financial data and strategic development information on a daily basis.
Nice to have
Experience within a Flow environment or a similar tech-enabled real estate platform is highly desirable, as it will accelerate your ability to contribute effectively. Familiarity with the specific nuances of condo, hotel, multifamily, and office sectors within a tech-enabled platform will provide an immediate advantage. Prior experience supporting board-level presentations and crafting executive-level narratives is preferred, as this role interfaces frequently with senior leadership. Knowledge of GAAP and real estate-specific accounting standards will allow you to operate with greater independence and accuracy from day one.

This is a salaried, full-time position based at our Miami headquarters in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. The role requires in-office presence, aligning with the company's commitment to collaboration and culture within a physical workspace. The expected work schedule is full-time during standard business hours, although occasional flexibility may be required to meet critical project deadlines. Travel is not expected as part of this role, ensuring you can focus on deep financial work within the development lifecycle. No visa sponsorship is available for this position at this time. The compensation for this role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 USD, reflecting the scope and impact of the responsibilities.
