About the role

You own the end to end lifecycle of mobile products at Liveblog365, guiding each feature from initial concept through public launch on both iOS and Android platforms. Your daily work involves shaping interaction details at a granular level, writing clean and maintainable architecture, and ensuring every interface feels responsive, intuitive, and polished for real world usage. You make critical decisions that directly influence performance, clarity, and consistency across all mobile touchpoints, balancing user needs with business objectives. You act as the technical steward of the mobile experience, ensuring that every pixel and interaction aligns with the broader product vision. Your expertise drives the evolution of the product, turning abstract ideas into tangible, high quality mobile applications. You are responsible for translating ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions that delight users and meet strategic goals.

What you will do

Translate complex product requirements into pixel perfect layouts for mobile, collaborating closely with product managers and designers to ensure fidelity and usability on small screens. Architect scalable and maintainable flows using Swift, Kotlin, or cross platform frameworks to turn concepts into production features that meet business goals and user expectations. Integrate API contracts, notification systems, and routing logic so that screens communicate reliably with backend services and third party endpoints without compromising security or performance. Profile launch metrics, startup duration, and memory behavior to maintain buttery smooth performance and resource conscious operation across a wide spectrum of devices and operating system versions. Prepare distribution builds, manage store submissions, and validate release checklists for the App Store and Google Play Store to meet compliance and quality standards on schedule. Convert static design mockups into reusable components, precise spacing systems, and consistent typography that adhere strictly to brand guidelines and established usability standards. Handle complex real world scenarios such as interrupted user sessions, sudden connectivity loss, and error states by designing clear user feedback mechanisms and graceful recovery paths that preserve trust. Set up local and cloud automation to test, lint, and distribute builds across iOS, Android, and web targets in a reliable, repeatable, and efficient manner to accelerate iteration.

Requirements

You have successfully shipped at least one app that appears in public app stores and can discuss its evolution, user feedback, and iteration history in detail to demonstrate your product thinking. Your code demonstrates a strong command of Swift, Kotlin, or JavaScript frameworks used for cross platform work, with consistently readable and maintainable patterns that other engineers can easily contribute to. You possess a deep understanding of platform human interface rules and material design guidelines that shape layout, navigation patterns, and motion on each platform. You write comprehensive tests, debug builds, and leverage advanced profiling tools to diagnose and resolve issues before they ever reach real users in the wild. You pay meticulous attention to detail and can clearly articulate the tradeoffs between implementation speed and long term maintainability when making architectural choices. You can comfortably work with documentation in multiple languages and adapt quickly to new patterns, constraints, and technical requirements as projects evolve. You communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are understood and implemented correctly from the first discussion through launch. You are disciplined, self motivated, and capable of managing your time and priorities in a fully remote environment without direct supervision.

Nice to have

Experience with SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or Flutter for fast iteration and the creation of expressive, flexible interfaces that reduce development time. Contributing to shared libraries, templates, or internal tools that standardize common features and reduce duplication across multiple products. Using mobile CI/CD pipelines, configuration as code practices, and automated distribution methods to streamline releases and improve deployment reliability. Adding intelligent features such as on device inference, smart suggestions, or context aware behavior that enhances user productivity and creates delightful experiences. Working with real time data streams, background synchronization, and push driven experiences that keep content timely, relevant, and engaging for the user.

Skills and tools

You are proficient with Swift, Kotlin, React, Flutter, iOS development, Android development, GraphQL, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Fastlane, EAS Build, and ML Kit integrations where applicable to the product vision.
