What you'll do

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of positions within the company, ensuring a streamlined process from start to finish.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish job specifications and pinpoint the ideal candidates for each role.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking, to create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Organize and manage the interview process, coordinating schedules and facilitating candidate evaluations to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain open lines of communication with candidates throughout their journey, ensuring they feel valued and informed at every stage.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
• Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to enhance sourcing capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our hiring processes.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Five9 as an employer of choice in the market.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure they have a smooth transition into the company.
• Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall organizational goals and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, showcasing a strong understanding of the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, specifically in Bengaluru, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective stakeholder engagement and candidate interaction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in recruiting for technical roles, particularly in the IT or software development sectors.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in India to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Previous experience working in a fast-growing startup or technology company, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in such environments.

• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and track recruitment metrics.
• Familiarity with talent sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to identify potential candidates.
• Skilled in various interviewing techniques and assessment methods to evaluate candidate fit effectively.
• Competence in utilizing data analytics to inform recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
