• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial technology sector or working with banking systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in software development.
• Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning concepts.
• Previous experience in scaling engineering teams and processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring tools.
