You diagnose and repair issues that span data flows, integrations, and platform components to maintain a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders. You translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions while balancing reliability, scalability, and security. You collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine ideas and turn them into production-ready code. You contribute to the full ownership of features, from initial design and implementation through monitoring, optimization, and post-deployment support. You mentor less experienced team members by sharing best practices in testing, debugging, and clear communication. You ensure that every technical decision is explained in plain language to align technical outcomes with business goals.
