Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, complex software products to market.
• Proficiency in designing for a variety of platforms, including desktop, mobile, and chat interfaces.
• Strong systems thinking capabilities paired with an acute attention to detail in visual design.
• Technical skills to create functional prototypes using tools such as code, Framer, Loveable, Windsurf, Vercel, or Figma.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design rationale and craft compelling narratives around design choices.
• A high degree of autonomy and ownership in navigating ambiguous and fast-paced work environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-first design principles or emerging interaction patterns that enhance user experiences.
