Fin is on the lookout for a dynamic sales leader to take charge of our North American Account Executive team. This position is pivotal in driving new business revenue, enhancing our market approach, and providing mentorship to a talented sales team. What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored for the mid-market sector in North America.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and utilize CRM tools to track and evaluate performance metrics, ensuring that revenue goals are consistently achieved.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, managing opportunities from the initial stages through to successful deal closure.
- Work in partnership with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
- Provide senior management with data-driven insights regarding market trends and the productivity of the sales team.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of newly acquired customers to the relationship management team, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance team effectiveness.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role that involves carrying a quota, particularly in managing complex deals that require coordination with legal, procurement, and security teams.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Proven track record in building and executing successful outbound sales strategies.
- Strong forecasting abilities to accurately predict revenue and identify emerging trends in the market.
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and operational plans that drive results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Must provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC sales methodologies, which can enhance the effectiveness of sales processes.
- Experience in the technology sector, particularly in SaaS or similar industries.
- Previous exposure to working in a fast-paced startup environment, which can bring valuable insights to the role.
