Fin is on the lookout for a dynamic Manager of Business Development to spearhead its EMEA Outbound Business Development Representative team. What you'll do
- Lead and mentor the EMEA Outbound Business Development Representative team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive revenue growth initiatives and ensure that both individual and team performance targets are consistently met.
- Contribute significantly to the overarching EMEA sales strategy, aligning team efforts with company goals.
- Provide coaching and support to team members, helping them reach their full potential and achieve their sales objectives.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to devise and execute effective sales strategies.

- Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive business success.
- Participate in recruitment efforts to attract top talent to the team, ensuring a continuous pipeline of skilled professionals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role, specifically overseeing a team.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
- A natural talent for mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve their goals.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and building effective internal partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

- Experience in the tech industry or a related field, providing insights into market dynamics.
