What you'll do

• Lead the recruitment, mentoring, and management of a high-performing team, ensuring technical excellence during critical customer interactions.
• Supervise the complete delivery process for high-value contracts, which includes overseeing architecture design, product assessments, and technical demonstrations.
• Serve as a player-coach, remaining actively engaged in the details of strategic deployments while guiding the team.
• Convert insights gained from field experiences into actionable recommendations for Research & Development and Product teams, shaping the product roadmap.
• Create and document reusable playbooks and tools aimed at enhancing deployment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proactively identify and address potential risks early in the customer engagement process to secure favorable outcomes.
• Represent Fin in high-level meetings and at strategic industry events, showcasing our capabilities and fostering relationships.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of deployment strategies.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product enhancements and service offerings.
• Drive initiatives to improve team performance and operational processes, ensuring the team meets its objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, encouraging professional growth and development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Applied AI, or Solutions Architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity, managing technical teams that engage directly with customers.
• Demonstrated success in deploying AI, data solutions, or complex technical products in enterprise settings.
• Strong ability to navigate through ambiguous challenges and effectively communicate technical insights to various internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to collaborate with global teams across different time zones, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Must provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud-based solutions and architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Background in technical sales or business development within the tech industry.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
