What you'll do
- Spearhead the entire process of planning, producing, and executing brand activations, product unveilings, and curated experiences.
- Oversee the complete production lifecycle, which includes selecting venues, sourcing vendors, managing budgets, and coordinating the technical aspects of the event.
- Create and deliver hybrid events that seamlessly blend in-person experiences with digital and broadcast elements.
- Collaborate closely with teams from Product Marketing, Research & Development, Content, and Field Operations to ensure that events align with overarching business goals.
- Manage logistical components such as ticketing, registration processes, and livestreaming to enhance attendee engagement.
- Provide support for major initiatives like the Pioneer program, ensuring they are executed flawlessly.
- Develop and maintain standardized production playbooks to streamline and scale event operations effectively.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics related to events to assess their impact and success.
- Be prepared to travel up to 30% of the time to oversee event management on-site.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in producing high-profile conferences, live brand activations, or multifaceted events.
- Demonstrated expertise in live event production, including audiovisual elements, lighting, staging, and on-site logistics.
- A proven history of managing hybrid events that incorporate digital broadcasting components.
- Strong ability to coordinate various internal departments and manage relationships with external production vendors.
- Familiarity with event registration, ticketing systems, and streaming technologies.
- Exceptional operational capabilities, including budget management, timeline adherence, and handling multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience working alongside senior executives and managing high-profile speakers.
- Valid proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in the B2B or technology sectors, particularly in roles related to event production.
- A background in marketing or experience producing events focused on AI products.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance production processes and content workflows.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in French or German, would be advantageous.

- Strong skills in budget management and project scheduling to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Knowledgeable in technical AV and broadcast coordination to facilitate event experiences.
