About the role
Figma is actively seeking a full-cycle recruiter to join our efforts in scaling the EMEA team from our Paris office. In this position, you will own the complete lifecycle of hiring, taking responsibility for end-to-end execution across multiple departments. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies designed to attract exceptional professionals to the organization. The role requires close collaboration with global business stakeholders and executives, with a specific emphasis on the EMEA region. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines while effectively managing inbound applicants. A key part of the position involves using data to inform hiring strategies and providing actionable insights to business partners. The successful candidate will promote Figma values throughout every stage of the hiring process. You will also identify opportunities to improve business and recruitment operations continuously.

What you'll do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Business and Go-to-Market departments with ownership of the entire hiring journey.
Collaborate with global business stakeholders and executives, focusing efforts on the EMEA region to ensure strategic alignment.
Build and maintain representative candidate pipelines while proactively managing inbound applicants and talent pools.
Use data to inform hiring strategies and provide insights to partners, driving evidence-based decision-making.
Create sourcing strategies that incorporate cold outreach, events, and content creation to engage passive candidates.
Promote Figma values throughout the hiring process to ensure cultural alignment and brand integrity.
Identify opportunities to improve business and recruitment operations through process optimization and innovation.
Lead initiatives related to belonging, equity, and inclusion to foster a diverse and welcoming environment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver exceptional service.
Source candidates through multiple channels, leveraging networks and platforms to discover top-tier talent.
Evaluate candidate fit against job requirements to ensure successful matches with team dynamics and role expectations.
Partner with HR operations to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.
Contribute to the development of employer branding materials and messaging for the EMEA market.
Track recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators to measure success and areas for growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within high-growth businesses, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Experience partnering with VP-level stakeholders in the EMEA region, navigating complex organizational structures.
- Understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape, including market dynamics and competitors, to assess candidate relevance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences and professional levels.
- Proven ability to engage and attract top talent, building a reputation as a trusted talent advisor.
- Expertise in hiring strategy, including sourcing, representative talent attraction, and stakeholder management, to meet business goals.
- Native or fluent in French to communicate effectively with candidates and partners across the region.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to streamline processes.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, including those related to remote work arrangements and professional conduct.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace by respecting diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
- Readiness to comply with security and confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive candidate information.
- Flexibility to travel within the EMEA region for recruitment events and stakeholder meetings as needed.

- Direct experience in a SaaS company, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and growth environments.
- Fluency in German, which would enhance your ability to engage with candidates and partners in additional markets.
