About the role
Figma is on the lookout for an innovative leader to spearhead product-led growth initiatives for our evolving array of AI tools. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy that drives user engagement and ensures that customers fully appreciate the advantages of our latest features as design processes continue to transform.

What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with product teams to implement strategies that enhance the adoption of key AI projects.
- Analyze data and gather user feedback to craft experiments and features that showcase the effectiveness of our AI offerings.
- Continuously refine our growth strategy in response to changes in the business and product environment.
- Lead a results-oriented team while working in partnership with Engineering, Design, and Product Leadership to ensure successful execution.
- Develop comprehensive user journeys that highlight the value of AI tools within the Figma ecosystem.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives, adjusting tactics based on performance insights.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on growth objectives and strategies.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that effectively communicate the value of AI features to users.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or software industries.
- Proven track record of leading impactful growth or product initiatives for applications that serve end-users.
- Demonstrated success in achieving results through strategic decision-making and data-driven experimentation.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for transforming metrics into actionable strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across various functions, including marketing and business development.
- Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to navigate intricate product landscapes effectively.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and a clear vision of how the industry is evolving.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly.

- Knowledge of design tools and workflows, particularly in the context of collaborative design.
