Field Marketing, East
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end field marketing strategy for the East region, taking full responsibility for how Factory shows up in New York, Boston, and Toronto. You will act as the strategic and operational lead, designing and executing programs that directly support Enterprise and Mid-Market sales in securing closed revenue. This role requires you to build the playbook from the ground up, establishing the cadence, standards, and measurement rigor for all field activities. You will leverage intent data and close collaboration with sales to ensure every dinner, roundtable, meetup, and sponsorship is targeted and effective. You are expected to be a hands-on operator who is comfortable managing details while maintaining a clear view of the larger revenue picture. As a foundational member of the marketing team, your work will directly define the field motion for a fast-growing AI company from its earliest stages. You will translate the mission of bringing autonomy to software engineering into tangible programs that resonate with high-value technical audiences.
