• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored implementation plans that align with their goals.

• Provide training sessions for client teams to ensure they are proficient in using our products effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
• Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and user guides to assist clients in navigating our solutions post-implementation.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of implementations and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and foster collaboration throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in Agile or Scrum preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both French and English is required, as you will be working with a diverse client base.

Nice to have

• Experience in the education technology sector or with assessment and feedback solutions.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, particularly in relation to client feedback and implementation success metrics.
• Previous experience in a consulting role, providing strategic advice to clients on technology adoption and integration.
