What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end implementation process for Explorance's software solutions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to clients.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather requirements from clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Provide training and support to clients during the implementation phase, empowering them to utilize the software effectively.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, client interactions, and project milestones.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all implementation-related inquiries.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback to enhance product features and implementation processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Explorance remains a leader in software implementation.
Assist in the development of training materials and resources to facilitate ongoing client education and support.
Engage in post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation or project management, preferably in a client-facing role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track implementation progress and outcomes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and training sessions.

Nice to have

Experience in the education technology sector or similar industries.
Knowledge of programming languages or software development practices.
Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMP or Agile.

Skills & tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.

Practical notes

This position is based in Amman, and candidates must be eligible to work in Jordan. The role may require occasional travel for client engagements and training sessions.
