Job description
About the Role
You architect monitoring workflows and own the full lifecycle from intake signals through deployment, ensuring 1Exiger delivers clarity for compliance teams. Decisions you make shape how risk data moves, and your work keeps clients ahead of shifting regulations. This role is for someone who builds systems that turn messy supply data into action. You translate ambiguous operational needs into precise technical specifications that guide product development. Ownership of end to end pipelines means you are accountable for reliability, performance, and the user experience of the tools you create. You partner closely with compliance experts to ensure that risk logic reflects real world constraints and regulatory expectations. Your analysis of production behavior drives iterative improvements that strengthen the platform over time. You communicate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.

What You Will Do
You will design intake pipelines that normalize supplier data and prepare it for AI driven analysis. Configuration of 1Exiger rules and dashboards will be your responsibility, ensuring emerging risk is surfaced while balancing precision and recall. You will conduct reviews that compare algorithmic findings with expert judgment to validate detection quality. Coordination of insight delivery to operations teams will involve defining thresholds and escalation paths. You will establish partner integrations that align external data with internal risk frameworks. Refinement of models based on field feedback, tracking false positives and coverage over time, is a core duty. Documentation of workflows will ensure new team members can trace decisions and reproduce results. You will champion testing routines that confirm behavior before changes reach production. You will investigate anomalies detected by the system, working with stakeholders to verify findings and determine appropriate responses. You will support the rollout of new capabilities, providing guidance on configuration and usage to internal teams.
Requirements
Three to five years of experience using data oriented tools in operational contexts is mandatory. Fluency in Python or SQL is required for crafting queries and validation logic. Comfort working with ambiguous requirements and incomplete datasets is essential. The ability to read documentation quickly and translate it into working configurations is non negotiable.
