About the role
The owns the end to end execution of client implementation projects from contract signature through successful deployment and adoption. This role is responsible for translating client requirements into actionable implementation plans while coordinating across internal teams to ensure timely delivery. The hire will establish and manage high level relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the engagement. They will leverage deep knowledge of Exiger products and AI capabilities to configure solutions that address specific client needs. The Implementation Manager will communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to all parties involved with transparency and professionalism. They will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex implementation activities with a focus on value realization. Ultimately, this position ensures that Exiger's supply chain AI platform drives measurable outcomes and reinforces long term partnerships.

What you'll do
Lead and manage the full implementation lifecycle, from initial client onboarding to successful deployment of Exiger's solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Drive internal process focused initiatives ensuring consistent standards are adopted across the practice.
Provide comprehensive training and support to clients to ensure effective adoption and use of Exiger's products.
Prepare and deliver detailed project documentation; providing timely and accurate reporting regarding implementation status both internally and externally.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Exiger's Core products, services and strategic services.
Ad-hoc and other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and implementation to customer success.
Own the coordination of resources, schedules, and timelines to meet contractual delivery commitments.
Identify opportunities to streamline implementation workflows and improve cross functional collaboration.
Communicate implementation milestones, dependencies, and risks to executive stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Support the definition and refinement of implementation playbooks and standard operating procedures.
Conduct post implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a subject matter expert on implementation best practices and advocate for process enhancements across the organization.

You are comfortable working in a hybrid work environment that may include in person collaboration at client sites.
You have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You are able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearances and comply with Exiger's policies and procedures.
