About the role

You are an authentic professional, resilient, humble, and dynamic, with a strong intercultural sensitivity. You have access to a vast network of SMEs in one of the locations mentioned above. You have experience in managing programmes in public and private sectors, preferably in the field of development cooperation. You possess an in-depth knowledge of the socio-economic context, language, and culture of Morocco. You are a champion of networking and you have excellent acquisition skills. You have excellent mastery of the English language, as well as Arabic and French. You are comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365. As a representative, you are not just a representative, you are an ambassador. You will be the first point of contact for clients, maintaining relationships and facilitating efficient collaborations. Your role extends to acquiring clients and expanding the network, which is essential for achieving the impact plan for your country.

What you'll do

Actively scout new projects, assess them, support them, and guide them. Build partnerships with entrepreneurs to help them develop sustainable and inclusive businesses in their region. Generate a lasting impact on the community at the social, ecological, and economic levels. Drive the execution of the impact plan for your region and for Morocco as a whole. Leverage your expertise to ensure the best possible use of knowledge, creating tangible impact on businesses worldwide. Immerse yourself in a multicultural environment and broaden your horizons. Contribute to sustainable development of communities, cultivating a deep sense of accomplishment. Maintain direct oversight of project implementation and provide strategic guidance. Serve as a key liaison fostering collaboration between local stakeholders and PUM's global network.

We give preference to people ready to commit for a maximum duration of 4 years.

Practical notes

You work 1 to 2 days per week in a freelance capacity and receive a monthly allowance of 100 euros plus a performance commission of 400 euros per project realized (advice on-site or remotely).
